Sunday Pancakes

Homemade Pancakes recipe by Bill Granger :

The Pancake

Ingredients:
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 300ml milk
- 200g (1 1/3 cups) plain flour
- 3 ts baking powder

- 2 tbs caster sugar
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 30g butter, melted and cooled, plus extra for cooking


Steps:
- one big bowl stir together the lemon juice & milk leave for 5mins.
- another bowl stir together the flour & baking powder , sugar , eggs , melted butter, a pinch of sea salt.
- stir in the milk with lemon juice slowly

- heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat and brush lightly with butter.
- use 2-3 tbs of butter for each pancake
- cook the pancakes for 2 mins, until bubbles appear on the surface
- then turn over and cook for 1 min
- keep warm on a plate while you cook the rest.



The Fresh cooked apples with brown sugar

Ingredients:
- a red apple / green apple
- 3 tbs brown sugar
- 1 cup water

Step:
- sliced thin of apple
- heat a small non-stick frying pan over medium heat
- heat up a cup of water
- put sliced apple into heating water
- cover it for 3mins until little soft
- sprinkle brown sugar on apples
- stir for 1 min until brown and soft
- serve on top of the warm pancakes
  and maybe a drizzle of maple syrup
  and maybe sprinkle the caster sugar make it looks like a dessert :)
